Karin is super sweet and did a great job on my lash lift/tint. The first lash lift didn't work so well to curl them upward, so she redid it at no charge in the same visit and they turned out great. I will be returning!

Hi Karin,
The wax you used is not the best quality as I don't think it was your technique; my skin was very irritated and red (mildly burned) and I still had hair on several spots.
I have been getting brazilian waxes for many years and I can count this one as one of the worse ones I've had.
Also, there was some wax that didn't come out with the strip I guess. When I got home, my skin was stuck together and I had to use a lot of baby powder and then take a shower to get rid of it.
On the bright side, you were very nice and polite.
