Karma Teachers is on 45 WEST HASTINGS on the top floor of a heritage building in Gastown. We have over 3000 sq.ft. of beautiful studio space with high ceilings, hardwood floors, brick and timber construction. Non gendered washrooms, changing rooms, water station, mats and props are all available for your enjoyment. Please note our back alley entrance between West Hastings and Cordova. Please enter through Abbott St. and find the black door with the 45 WEST sign. Use the Buzzer if the door is locked or call.
We offer over 70 classes per week. The most yoga classes under one roof in all of Vancouver. We have 3 separate yoga rooms offering diverse yoga styles from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Ecstatic, Kundalini, Vipassana Meditation, Mindfulness meditation, Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, Sacred
Hatha, Jivamukti, Vijnana, Level II Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pre-natal and even daily outdoors yoga in the summer. We also offer workshops for yoga teachers and serious yoga students like Dance Workshops, Transformations: Healing Your Life, Yin with Live Music, Forgiveness workshops, Ashtanga workshops, Tensegrity, Yin Teacher Training, Hatha Teacher Training, Kids Rainbow Yoga Teacher Training. All of our classes are lovingly taught by the most inspiring group of skilled registered yoga teachers most of them graduates by our epic yoga teacher training. We also have a powerhouse
experienced and legendary teachers on our daily schedule.
We are also extremely proud to offer a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. The only Federally registered Non Profit Teacher training that provides Full and Partial Scholarships! Registered with both Yoga Alliance and Canadian Yoga Alliance. Passionately and lovingly taught by
the most inspiring and powerhouse faculty team plus Legendary Master Teachers as mentors and guest teachers. The most epic, talked about, groundbreaking, empowering and high quality 200 Hour plus teacher training. Just ask any of our graduates. Our teacher trainings always fill up and
