About Karma Yoga + Fitness
It isn't just the instructors at Karma Yoga + Fitness who help students connect with their bodies: the studio space is also vital. Their state-of-the-art Zebra flooring makes the whole studio like a giant yoga mat, maximizing comfort on the knees and other body parts, making difficult postures safer, and allowing students to practice without using their own yoga mat. Another important amenity is the infrared heat—it penetrates deep into muscles to warm students from the inside. The high-end studio also provides full change rooms with four showers each, and even has its own massage room with a qualified RMT.
