What You'll Get
It takes about 15 muscles to smile, 50 to frown, and 148 to save a curbside couch from life in a landfill. Soothe sympathetic sinews with today's Groupon: for $32, you get a one-hour massage from Kathryn Stover, Licensed Massage Therapist, in Seminole (a $65 value).
A licensed therapist specializing in seven massage techniques, Kathryn Stover employs her entire arsenal to annihilate tension and usher in a new era of peaceful thoughts and relaxed, restored muscles. Kathryn tailors each massage to pamperees' needs with services that range from physical, traditional massage to spiritual disciplines. In the relaxation massage, long strokes promote circulation and soothe muscle tension. In the therapeutic massage, finger-foremen travel to the site of chronic or acute pain to deliver pink slips to insubordinate nerve endings face-to-face. Chakra-balancing and reiki treatments tap into the entire body's energy flow as the practitioner diverts misaligned energy through gentle hand placement, sending negative vibes back through the navel's miniature stargate.

About Kathryn Stover, LMT, CST, MMT, LDT
To say that Kathryn Stover is a dynamic massage therapist would be right on the money. She not only holds her state license, but also a certification in medical massage and the title of Reiki Master. She's versed in other healing practices as well, such as craniosacral and myofascial therapy sessions, and is a lymph drainage therapist (LDT). She draws from all of these disciplines to customize each session for individual clients.
In craniosacral sessions, she uses a feather-weight touch to help restore function to the central nervous system, which can relieve symptoms of migraines, chronic pain, and fatigue better than touching each finger to the nodes of a car battery.
