Now you can have it both ways on this tranquil three-hour sunset paddle along the Chicago River. As the sun dips below the horizon, take in the changing colors and the gorgeous city skyline as it slowly becomes ablaze with twinkling lights that reflect off the water. It's the perfect opportunity to get lost in your thoughts without the laziness of being a couch potato. Never paddled a kayak before? No worries, all tours are preceded by a brief orientation and training session.

Event Description:

The tour runs approximately three hours.

Come prepared to get a little wet from the drip of your paddle. Dress for the weather. You can bring cameras, but they may get wet, so bring a waterproof bag.

Fluids and snacks are permitted on the kayaks, and are recommended to avoid the chance of heat exhaustion. Most Kayak Chicago locations sell water and power bars.
