What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are family-owned and -operated and [we] really care about our customers. We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction. We will bend over backwards to make sure you get the quality you deserve.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I ran a carpet business as a manager years ago and really felt like I could do a better job making customers satisfied with their carpet-cleaning experience. That idea took shape when I started up KC Easy Clean. I provide a more personal feel than the bigger companies.

What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy the fact that every job is unique. I get to encounter different cleaning obstacles and different tasks every day, which keeps it interesting. I love seeing customers smile and give the reaction: “Wow. That looks amazing.“

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
It is hard to give one specific [reaction] because we have 100% good feedback at this point and we love them all.
