As with the planet itself, the constant, calm spin of a merry-go-round is contrasted only by the scores of screaming horse-bound children on top of it. Explore this microcosm of life with today's Groupon to Keansburg Amusement Park. Choose between the following options:
- For $15, you get an unlimited ride bracelet and one go-kart ride valid Monday–Thursday (up to a $32.70 value).

Keansburg Amusement Park's sprawling sanctuary of family-friendly rides and rollycoasters earned a nod as one of the area's Best Family Attractions by Asbury Park Press readers. Attractions include the Red Baron, which lets youngsters hop into the cockpit of World War I biplanes without breaking into the Smithsonian, a classical carousel, and 1930s spook house, which offer entertainment for the entire brood. Pulse-pounding rides such as the 100-foot drop Double Shot and a suite of full-size rollycoasters let visitors scream the secrets of their barbecue sauce recipes to loved ones before safely coming to a stop. The Fast Trax Go-Karts is a separate attraction included for weekday visitors to the park. The adult track houses dozens of motorized transports, and the kiddie track allows younger, smaller riders to race around in a safe, supervised environment.
Keansburg Amusement Park offers its own deals at certain times of the week; plan ahead to make sure you're redeeming your Groupon at the most opportune time.
Keansburg Amusement Park
The masterminds behind the 112-year-old Keansburg Amusement Park, located just off the beach on the Jersey Shore, oversee a park designed to turn a day out with the family during warm weather months into a mini vacation. By dotting the park with roller coasters, go-karts, arcades, and classic boardwalk fare, the owners seem to have realized their vision while also addressing the interests of different-aged groups. Families can glide around the park's classic carousel, and kids ride the colorful Jolly Caterpillar before he presumably morphs into a butterfly at closing time. Some of the park's newer attractions include a fleet of bumper cars and the Rocking Tug ride. With its more than 35 rides, the park has garnered accolades such as one of 2014's Best of the Shore from NJ.com, as well as a 2014 Best of Monmouth County from the readers of Asbury Park Press.
