Very good class with pointers that are really going to help me in my photography skills. Make sure to show up early, I’m not sure what the max number of seats are in the class but it was over flowing last Saturday. Make sure to bring your camera with you since the teacher will come around and help you with your specific settings.

This is short, sweet, and to the point. David was great at explaining the subjects of the course and took the time to help everyone learn their camera. I came out there feeling like a pro. It says that bringing a camera is optional but you really grasp the concept better if you bring one.

Really engaging and informational class! And so awesome that they email you the presentation afterwards. I would definitely recommend this class to any beginner photographers who want a hands on lesson on their camera and the basic terminology.

Fantastic class. First time cameras and settings actually made sense to me, and I took a bunch of classes! It would have been totally worth it even if I had paid the full price.

The class was a little overwhelming and the instructor had to spend a lot of time helping everyone just find the settings on their camera. I'm not sure I learned all that much and I still don't know what the heck to do with my camera. I don't regret signing up for this class, but I won't be signing up for another one.

Purchased the class plus walk and was under the impression that the walk would be after the course to apply what we had just learned and have more of a hands on with our cameras, however, it was only the class that I took yesterday and turns out I have to do the walk in July- two months later. Just keep in mind you'll have to schedule the walk and class on separate dates; very separate dates. The course was helpful - I just hope I remember what I learned two months from now. A print out of the most helpful notes to pass in class would be great. Location/parking may be a bit difficult to find so get there ahead of time.

Class location had to be moved, but instructor Lindsay was great about communication. Class size was small, but nice. Class was short due to small size and quick overviews - but definitely great for beginners. The "Photo Walk" location was poor, both based on parking availability and the location's cleanliness. Mud everywhere, garbage bags in trees - little to no greenery. Would absolutely recommend a location change where there is a mix of nature, architecture, no 'bike' lanes and benches/areas to change lenses for practice.
