I requested the company to remove the whole root out as the major concern in booking and also at we met. They charged me another $200 for extra 5' height of the young tree (I had cut it down by myself previously) plus $150 for the root out. But ,after they cut down the young tree and then they told me that they couldn't take any risk of their insurance bond to dig it out (6" diameter tree) They said that they would buy chemical stuffs to kill the tree. Later on, they called back as short of chemical treatment and requested the $200 first in cash, if not, I had to pay 2% extra for using credit card. I refused to pay the 2% as they never mentioned it before.Then they blamed me as difficult person and refused to do my original request to remove the root. Not only that, she threaten me if not paying them back within certain time, they will charge me another extra 2% of late fee and also place a lien on my house. All the experience with this company are bad. She is not professional, only using excuses not digging out the root as my original request but keeps adding extra money without telling me in advance or on any formal paper billing. Everything is done by threatening. Never do any business to this company again!
