Comfortable waiting room. Appreciate snack shop. Upset that it took 4 1/2 hours to get new tires and change oil. Service rep. Ronnie Jones was very Apologetic. In the past service was very fast. Within hour they had oil change. I was surprised that it took so long this time.

Expect to be there longer than expected, and check their work. Also, be cautious to what they tell you. They left my engine filter casket open, and I had to filter in place
