For centuries, pizza and pasta battled for the title of Italy’s most beloved dish, an honor that was ultimately bestowed upon Sophia Loren. Cast your vote for the Boot’s best culinary creation with today’s Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of pizzeria fare and drinks at Kenna's Korner.

Kenna’s Korner’s sphere slingers draw from a menu of Italian pizzeria fare, hand-tossing gourmet and customizable pies before oven-baking them to golden perfection. Breadsticks ($4.20 for 6 pieces; $5.20 for 10 pieces) slathered in garlic butter and top-secret Italian spices make for flavorful palate primers or edible lances for tabletop jousting competitions. For main courses, the Kenna’s Special pizza ($12.45¬–$20.65)—replete with specialty sauce—nestles buffalo-wing meat, bacon, and ham beneath a cheesy canopy, and the produce-topped vegetarian brims with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Aspiring circle artists can also blueprint their own pies ($8.25–$14.25) with toppings ($1.50–$2.50 each) such as sausage, tomato, and jalapeños to create culinary constructions more appetizing than Wonka-commissioned skyscrapers.

Kenna's Korner

Throughout history, some have used flags to stake their claim on a corner of the world. Others have drawn lines on maps. But it’s pizza that firmly marks the territory of Kenna’s Korner, where cooks hand toss their dough before colonizing it with dozens of fresh toppings. Served with ranch dressing on the side, the Kenna’s Special combines buffalo-wing meat with bacon, mushrooms, jalapeños, and onions, slathering the assortment in special sauce and two kinds of cheeses. Kenna’s rounds out its menu with salads and a selection of sub sandwiches, each nestled within an 8-inch hoagie roll and filled with everything from double hamburger patties to beef and sausage swimming in pizza sauce.
