Perhaps the most important part of a workout at Kettle Corps is simply removing your shoes. Students attending its kettlebell classes perform the workouts barefoot, solidifying the body-ground connection and maximizing the efficacy of the workouts. Pupils mimic the movements of the professional instructors to tone, tighten and lengthen their entire bodies, not just the arms or cores, because the classes incorporate Pilates, yoga, and primal movements in a way that accommodates all levels of fitness and mobility.
