During kettlebell classes, a certified trainer pushes clients through aerobic exercises and weight training using kettlebells to help pump up strength and endurance. During kettlebell/TRX classes, the TRX suspension system and kettlebells work to tone up muscles quickly. During private group fitness training, a certified trainer leads full-body workouts using kettlebells and the TRX system and also offers weekly weigh-ins, taking of measurements, and healthy-eating guidelines.<p>
