I’ve used Ki Mobility twice; the scooter and pick up & delivery @ hotel were great! Really nice delivery driver. My only complaint, and the reason I won’t give them five stars, was that it took almost two weeks to get my $100 deposit credited back to my bank. A few days I understand for them to inspect scooter for damage, but I had to call twice to find out why my deposit refund was taking so long!
