Working out shouldn't feel like a chore. That's the idea behind Kick@55 Fitness, a studio helmed by personal trainers who create fun, interactive workouts. High intensity interval training boot camp sessions—which change from class to class to keep students challenged—swap out sprints for relay races or games of tag. In addition to dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and TRXs, they have 2 new toys called The Accelerator and The Son of the Beast. These bungee cords apply 77-105lbs of resistance to challenge you while running, jumping, and squatting. Their new monkey bars help to build upper body strength while traveling across them or doing pull-ups. The workout overall focuses on speed, agility training, flexibility, and strength.
