I like everything about it: the routine, the free towels, the locker facilities by but it can get very cramp. They try to cap classes at 18 people but even then the lack of space can make changing your routine during the sessions can be problematic.

Overall, very intense, fun, and I felt great afterwards! The only thing that kind of bothered me since It was my first time - the instructor that class wasn’t super friendly/patient when she had to spend extra time helping me how to do something which can be discouraging to someone who’s new to it all.
