A child’s imagination, like the universe or a confused soccer player, knows no bounds. Nurture blossoming creativity with today’s Groupon: for $50, your child gets a one-week childhood education program at Kids 'R' Kids (up to a $260 value). Choose from the following 11 locations. This Groupon is not valid at the Keller location.
The friendly CPR- and first-aid-certified staff at Kids 'R' Kids—voted Best Preschool 2010 by Best of the Metroplex—fosters childhood development as little ones 6 weeks old–12 years old learn important life lessons, growing emotionally and intellectually in age-appropriate classes. Pint-sizers 6 weeks old–2 years old romp in the daylong Infant-Toddler program, and tots age 2–5 prepare for their fast-approaching school days in the Preschool curriculum. Older kids age 5–12 bookend their school days during the School-Age program with mind-expanding playtime, educational programs, and extracurricular activities such as Health and Fitness, in which kids get their hearts pumping and learn about healthy eating, or Music and Movement, in which they experiment with instruments and learn to compose their own masterpieces based on Norwegian death-metal hymns. To fuel bouts of capering and cavorting, kids down nutritious meals and snacks prepared by the onsite chef, who whips up house-made delights in the full-service kitchen.
Most locations boast remote monitoring for parents with a password-protected webcam, allowing them to marvel at their child's peer interactions and admire any shining achievements, such as constructing a to-scale replica of Mount Rushmore from glitter and elbow macaroni. Scamps can be dropped off as early as 6:30 a.m. and retrieved as late as 6:30 p.m. at any location.
Kids 'R' Kids
Children have it so good at Kids ‘R’ Kids, they may not want to leave. Open to youngsters from six weeks to 12 years of age, the center strives to help its students develop wholly—cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. Kids ‘R’ Kids accomplishes just that with its various programs, each led by caring, highly qualified teachers instead of cold, emotionless holograms of Mr. Kotter. To the kids themselves, though, their instructors' accolades are often secondary. Tykes are typically too busy exploring the center’s outdoor playgrounds, developing new skills at interactive learning stations, and enjoying healthy, homemade meals cooked up in the cafeteria by an on-site chef.
