Previous service was paid in cash for a Deep Cleaning as I had just moved in to my new home. (The Groupon purchase was left for another day). The first cleaning did not go well as she had agreed to come after cleaning a house earlier, she arrived a little late but arrived. Kim and her brother proceeded to clean but after about 10pm it seems she ran out of time and energy. We both agreed that the deep cleaning was not really up to snuff and arranged for a later date since my furniture was arriving the next day. (I tipped her generously and felt that she would complete the task.... When I contacted her to use the Groupon purchase we agreed to schedule for Wednesday Oct 27th. I called Kim to confirm the day prior and also to ask about why she had redeemed the Groupon on the 24th prior to our arranged date. She responded later that day stating she was in a car accident and could not make our scheduled date of Wed the 27th. After I gave her my well wishes and understanding I decided that I would request a refund from Groupon. Kim response was not very professional and quite honest, if she plans on keeping this as her main business she really needs to learn about Customer service skills. She responded back with annoyance and stated..."They owe me over $200+ & I was expecting to come tomorrow excuse me, but I get deposits and I've never had a customer question me about money like I wasn't going to show up...(Well Kim you WEREN'T as you cancelled due to an accident)...She continues by saying..."Let me do us both a favor sir, get a refund I will not continue doing any services for you.... Well, this is a problem as I have never had a company that provides services and TAKE THE MONEY BEFORE SCHEDULING THE SERVICE!!!! Also, the fact that I paid her in cash the first time and she promised me a "do over" that never happened is just unprofessional!!! So, let me do us BOTH a favor Kim and let people know what to expect when they are thinking about hiring you!

I am a single mother, I did two jobs that day and realized my brother was not much of help, that is why he is no longer on my crew. I was straight forward with you knowing the cleaning was not up to MY standards, offered to come back and finish what I started the next day. As I usually do I don't start a house and not finish it. Your response was no you can come back and we'll use the discounted voucher as a punishment, like you said I was there until 10pm. Whenever we did reschedule the cleaning, I let you know I was coming and like I told you before I've been having problems with Groupon being paid out so you technically punish me with a voucher knowing I wasn't going to get paid. Day before the cleaning you accused me of redeeming the voucher before the clean which I always do because I get my money on time I only get paid two times a month so even if I did it the day before the cleaning I still would not have been paid out until the 9th or a couple weeks later. so if I was trying to SCAM, wish I don't you would have been able to refund your voucher. I'm so sorry you had this experience with my company and as I recalled I'm pretty sure you were upset because I dropped you as a client because I am no way shape or form a theif hat's what you discriminated against me for, that could potentially ruin my name my reputation and that's exactly why I told you I would no longer like to work with you and your wife. So you basically "you parted ways" with me because I got into a car accident. this is also why I let you go because knowing that I'm a mother of two children you did not even care if my kids were in the car with me what happened etc you parted ways with me, which in reality I told you I was not servicing you no more, and you got upset because of what? I was in a car accident you are really great person and I really hope you find a really great cleaner but the only reason I replied was to defend myself, my name and reputation and there is nothing unprofessional about telling you to go get your money back and I am no longer servicing you it's my business and my choice who I want to serve and who I don't.
