Q:

Can you still wear your hair curly after treatment? I'd like to still be able to get waves from a curling iron.

Leann A.  asked on  Oct 29, 2012

A:

Yes. Keratin will soften your hair, however; it is not a chemical straightener. Nothing permanent. It will leave your hair manageable whichever way that you decide to style it.

Q:

Is there any type of guaranty if the treatment doesn't take? Will you still have to straighten your hair daily with this treatment?

Krista S.  asked on  Oct 27, 2012

A:

Hey Krista! How well the straightening holds is largely dependent on your individual lifestyle and aftercare, but for approximately five months your hair should be shiny, smooth, and less frizzy.

A:

keratin is a protein and not a chemical relaxer. This product will rejuvenate your hair to a healthy, youthful state. It will make it more manageable and your styling time will be decreased. The Keratin will soften your hair and can have a straightening result, however;this is not permanent. Regular styling products and regular styling routine still recommended.

Q:

You say "normal use of your hair upon leaving salon". Does that mean you can wash or tie it back immediately or do you still have to wait 3 days?

Carmela J.  asked on  Oct 26, 2012

A:

Yes! It's an awesome Keratin treatment because you can put your hair in a ponytail and go to the gym directly from the salon.
