Excellent experiences and very professional. They also were accommodating when we had to reschedule due to flight and other personal changes. They usually operate via text; although I’m not a fan of it, it was efficient.

The service was great. This location is convenient for people using public transportation and/or Uber, Lyft, and cab service. This location is still finishing the waiting room area and appointments are done on-line and/or by telephone. When tipping, best to bring cash because the location is not set-up to use apps like Apple pay, Google pay, Cash App and Vermo; and the ATM nearby are BMO Harris and Fifth Third Bank.

Facial was ok, but I definitely noticed spots on my forehead that were not totally wiped. Also, it was very distracting when I was having the facial listening to the room being cleaned during my facial & massage. would make more sense to do the facial and massage in the same room, especially if I’m the last one for the day. No tea options even though there was hot water. Small touches were missing
