About CoreDynamics CrossFit

Although the coaches at CoreDynamics CrossFit all teach the same functional workouts, they each bring different experiences to their craft. For example, founder Eugene has worked under the strength and conditioning coaches of the Oakland Raiders, in addition to playing college baseball. Co-founder Bernabe, on the other hand, has worked as an LE/MIL defensive tactics instructor in the U.S. Coast Guard. The rest of the staff follow with an equally athletic background, which enables them to properly coach members through power lifting, gymnastics, and plyometric exercises. They oversee every session, challenging exercisers by tailoring the weights and repetitions, whether the workout involves swinging kettlebells, climbing ropes, or flipping and eating giant tires.
