My property manager called to setup the appointment for them to come by to clean and remove trash. Their story changed over the phone stating they only would pickup the trash. The stated my property was outside her area and therefore she could only remove the trash. Not a good excuse if you ask me for not cleaning the house. Why would I pay $260 for trash removal?

I began this business after being laid off from a company of 10 years. I had no income and 3 children to provide for.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the "thank you's" and I am "life saver" from customers who sometimes get overwhelmed and don't know exactly where to start de-cluttering.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Tears of joy... It is sometimes very emotional experiences for people to regain control of their lives...
