King Spa and Sauna
Modeled after traditional Korean spas, King Spa and Sauna houses nine distinct therapy rooms, each of which specializes in treating a different form of ailment or anxiety. The Charcoal Room lines its walls with antibacterial briquettes, which can alleviate conditions such as eczema and undercooked pork sausage. The domed sauna in the Fire Sudatorium encircles entrants in dry-heat and oak-tree aromatherapy, whereas the low temperature of the Ice Room encourages blood flow to the chilled parts of the body. In the heated Base Rock Room, slabs of siraka stone emit infrared rays, increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage during a process that, like most mixed-martial-arts careers, typically doesn't last longer than two 15-minute sessions.
Expect to get naked and eat grilled meats. Not at the same time.

“I'll walk you through the process of King Spa Front desk-check in and recieve a Locker key/wristband From the front desk the Men and Women part ways to separate locker rooms There will be Small lockers (For your shoes) at the entrance of the main locker room Once you take your shoes off, head into the main locker room, find your locker From here you undress You can either go full nude and head into one of 3 Jacuzzi's, Cold pool, or steam room This room is connected to the locker room There will be a small hand towel provided and you do have to shower prior to going into the water Or you can just change into the King Spa Uniform and head out of the locker room into the community area where both men and women are in There will be 8 different sauna rooms with temperatures varying from warm-warmer-hot-HOT and also an Ice room which is basically sitting in the freezer (My favorite) There is a dining area where you can order food, it's a bit pricey, I say $$ but you do get a good serving size No need for credit cards or cash in the community area as you will use you Locker key/Bracelet to scan for purchases (which you will have to pay at the front desk on your way out) There's also a Movie theatre with nice reclining seats you can sleep in Upstairs has a nice relaxing quiet area with a bunch of comfortable seats that recline all the way flat so you can sleep or read a book or watch tv There's a side hallway that leads into a mediation area/ Nap room lol As you can tell, there's a lot of places to nap For those that want to further relax, they do offer Foot massages, Acupressure massage, body scrub, some masks etc They do have Water fountains on both sides for men and women so you don't get dehydrated and faint from sweating in the sauna rooms There's only one Sauna room that cost $5 (which you can scan it to your bracelet and pay when you leave) That is the Base Rock Room If you buy the Groupon that offers Base Room (then all you have to do is Scan your bracelet with the Man in front of the base rock room) he'll give you a big towel so you can lay on the towel which will be on top of a flat heated rock (130-140 degrees Fahrenheit) You can wear socks throughout the community area, you can also purchase socks there They also have a good amount of chess boards, you just have to ask the lady in front of the massage area, for the chess pieces No PDA is permitted so don't be surprise if you get kicked out without a refund for PDA You can leave to go get something from the car for about 5 minutes, but anything more than that, you'll have to pay admission again So make sure you have everything you need from the car They offer free wifi in the main lounging area and possibly upstairs as well”
