What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _While I was working for a carpet cleaning business, I noticed that I was good at what I was doing, so I decided to save up and not only buy a good truck mount, but that I was going to buy the best. _
What do you love most about your job? _ I love seeing the customer smile, it makes my day. When the customer is happy, I’im happy because this is, what business is all about. _
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? _ I had a customer with 3 dogs and some kids and her carpet was just horrible. After cleaning the carpet and adding enzymes, the house smelled fresh and the carpet was cleaner than ever. The customer was completely satisfied that she give me the honor to do her church._
