Choose Between Two Options

Master Executive Chef Chis Wong teaches participants sushi-making techniques. Students can then sup on a three-course meal with soup, a sushi entree, dessert, and a sake beverage. Classes are held every Monday at 6:30 p.m.

Kitchen 305

Nestled inside the Newport Beachside Resort, Kitchen 305 serves sea-inspired dishes in a modern dining room with linen-draped tables illuminated by vibrant blue lights. Chef Julius Brown, who brings talents perfected at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, directs the creative plating of seafood dishes including bluefin tuna, crab cakes, and steamed salmon. Turf options include chicken, rack of lamb, and skirt steak. On select evenings, a resident DJ pumps out tunes from the 80s, 90s and present day, and a master chef bestows expert sushi-making techniques during on-site culinary classes.

Great service! Come with questions for the chef, and you'll learn a lot! Also be aware of the parking ahead of time, plus the added taxes and tip. Great food, fun time!

Sushi class/ Dinner was very good. Fun class, great date night. Only thing is you dont get to choose your rolls, its california and tuna roll but food was delish.
