Deluxe buffets include a carving station featuring prime rib or marinated flank, with upscale additions such as shrimp scampi and scallops oreganata. Barbecue packages come in five themes, such as Top Chef and Hawaii 50, the later of which comes with Chinese-style spare ribs and sweet-and-sour grilled chicken.
