I never got a chance to use my voucher. When I called to cancel my appointment, the nasty, ghetto, unprofessional receptionist said 'no refunds sweetie' and marked it as redeemed! I did a Google review and the owner "seemed" concerned BUT never responded back to the email she asked me to write. Groupon cannot refund me because the business WON'T verify that I never even stepped foot in the place! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Being a new business, they should NOT have someone like that answering their phones.
