The staff was on time for the appointment and was friendly, but making the appointment was slightly confusing. The website isn't user friendly and is not clear. The 2 hour standard cleaning is typical for a one bedroom apartment so they were only able to complete 1000sf of our house during that time. They did a good job, but the smell of the chemicals they used were terrible and my dog kept sneezing afterward.

The cleaner I had was amazing but the owner was completely unprofessional. She or he harassed me on my personal cell phone after I wrote them a glowing review and named the cleaner. I wanted to give credit where credit was due but I don’t want to wake up to a nasty, unprofessional text seeking out malice against their former employee. Do NOT use this company. Owners like that should be ashamed.

Talk about clean! My home is so clean, because of the service's you provided today. I'm tempted to put my family out to keep it like this! But I'll let them stay because now I know LaShon and KLOUD 9 is just my next appointment away! Thank you so much! These guys are great, and very nice. They cleaned the hell out my Place moved furniture back and even cleaned the windows! I’ll def be using them again...

Had them do a move out clean for my apartment. Looks cleaner than when I moved in. They were friendly and on time. Would recommend.
