- What are the Martial Arts?
- Tai Chi - Well known as a moving meditation. It is a martial art that is gentle for the body, teaches relaxation, and improves circulation and oxygen in the body.
- Wing Chun - A martial art originally developed by a woman to defeat larger male aggressors, focusing on body structure, angles, and leverage. Designed to be fast to learn, most people can be generally proficient in a year or less.
- Eskrima - A weapons-based art designed to be efficient and learned quickly to defend villages from invading forces. Generally using a stick/baton, knife, and sword.
- I teach the short Chen Family Style Tai Chi form. I teach from the HKM/Fong Lineage of Wing Chun, and the Eskrima I teach is a mix of LSAI and Doce Pares Escrima. I have been teaching students in small groups and private classes since 2010. ( For private students we will also go over defensive tactics such as weapon retention and drawing from concealment and situational awareness. Lessons I have learned from Patrol, Corrections, and civilian self-defense situations.
Why You Should Grab The Offer
