About Kneading Serenity Massage and Wellness Center
Though salsa dancing is her preferred method of winding down after a stressful day, Christine Zolman understands that some people desire a more traditional approach to relaxation. The massage therapist and owner of Kneading Serenity Massage and Wellness Center has formulated an extensive list of spa treatments that she and her multitalented team—a fellow therapist and several yoga and Pilates instructors—draw on to extinguish chronic pains and promote overall wellness.
As a certified massage therapist for more than a decade, Zolman can capably soothe muscles with Swedish, prenatal, and sports techniques. For an experience not often found on other spas’ menus, try the specialty esalan massage, which combines long strokes with acupressure, gentle rocking, and stretching to sculpt deep musculature. Yoga and Pilates classes meet five days a week and allow clients to heal their own bodies in sessions scaled to their abilities.
