About Knockout Charters
What do fireworks, the Air and Water Show, and Lake Michigan have in common? They all define summertime in Chicago, sure, but they're also more enjoyable from a boat. Knockout Charters rules the summer while toting groups into the lake to cruise around, swim, and experience the city's special events from a totally different perspective. Here's what you should know before climbing aboard:
The Captain: Licensed Master Captain Chris Connor has been boating for more than 40 years, so it goes without saying that he absolutely loves being out on the water. Captain Chris has cruised Lake Michigan for more than two decades, and he sums up his goal on Knockout Charters' website by stating, "I wish every person could experience the feelings I have every time I get on a boat."
The Boat: The company's 37-foot Luhrs Tournament Pro Convertible was built to cruise the ocean, meaning she handles Lake Michigan and all of its potholes with ease. On board, the boat is spacious and sports the comforts of home, including satellite radio, MP3 capability, and even a 32-inch plasma TV.
