This is an intense 30min to 1hr cardio class (This is a no contact class). It is designed to utilize your body weight, speed and balance. You will learn basic punches, kicks, elbows and knees used in Muay Thai/Kickboxing but with more emphasis on conditioning and cardio training. This is a fun high-paced beginners class that puts you through a warm-up, stretching and round after round of full body toning. Great for losing weight and getting toned.
