We are a small, intimate company. Our employees are drug screened, background tested, and proven hard workers. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and all excel at our craft.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started Koality Home Kleaning because I wanted to be directly in charge of the kind of quality my customers receive. I have worked for bigger home cleaning companies in the past and found myself frustrated by the lack of passion in girls I'd be partnered with. We guarantee our passion!

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. Anyone can clean, it's true, but sometimes it gets difficult. Busy mothers trying to balance life & raising kids, people who have suffered injuries, the elderly who struggle with daily tasks - we love to help these people! We love to help those who simply want to indulge, too!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer once thank my partner and I while in tears. She said that we felt like family even though we were only in her home for two hours. She thanked us for caring so much about the quality of work she was receiving and for listening to her woes as we did so. Our customers become family.
