Kobe Steak & Seafood
Combining cooking with entertainment, Kobe Steak & Seafood's teppanyaki chefs dazzle guests with flashy tricks and techniques while searing traditional Japanese cuisine on tabletop grills. Diners serve as captivated audiences while the chefs roast orders of filet mignon, chicken, shrimp, scallops, and calamari just inches away. And Kobe Steak & Seafood's menu isn't limited to just teppanyaki-style cooking. Behind the sushi bar, a separate team of chefs assembles platters of fresh-sliced nigiri, sashimi, and more than 40 different rolls. Traditional entrees such as Angus beef fried rice, salmon teriyaki, and vegetable yakisoba round out the selection.
Although Kobe Steak & Seafood's cooking may be traditional, its decor is thoroughly modern. A circular bar dominates the center of the space, complete with a crystal teardrop chandelier suspended from the ceiling. The gentle gleam of blue and yellow neon lights fill the space in the evenings, spilling across jet-black tables and bright red chairs.
