About Koi Pond Brewing Company
Koi Pond Brewing Company's founder, Eric, turned his hobby of creating new tastes and flavors of craft beers into a business. The brewery highlights the history and culture of North Carolina, while showcasing as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible. There are eight taps available, and patrons can get a taste of such craft beers as:
- Longstreet American Pale Ale: golden-amber, refreshing and lightly hopped ale.
- Bozo Brown American Ale: brown ale balanced with caramel grains and a touch of traditional English hops.
- Angry Squirrel American Amber Ale: caramel and butterscotch notes compliment a light, bright hop finish.
The tap room, called "The Pond" is family- and dog-friendly so everyone is welcome to enjoy a tour of Koi Pond Brewery.
