Need To Know Info
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Free cancellation available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time
- Each Groupon code can only be used once
- Service available only to/from: Orlando (MCO)
- Standard Sedan: Up to 2 passengers, 2 mid-size luggage
- Executive Sedan: Up to 3 passengers, 3 mid-size luggage
- SUV/People Carrier: Up to 5 passengers, 4 mid-size luggage
- To allow sufficient time for a smooth exit from the airport, a buffer of 45 minutes will be provided for international flights and 15 minutes for domestic flights
- Free waiting time begins after the buffer time has passed
- Voucher must be shown to the driver or greeter upon pickup
- If you cannot locate your driver, contact KOI immediately before leaving the terminal
- Flight delays are monitored – do not leave the terminal until you’ve spoken with KOI or your driver
