Questions and Answers 2 questions

Hello, Is there an employee at the club daily from 4 am to 11 pm? With the groupon, would I have to activate the month membership on a certain date, or would I be able to use it from December 15 to January 15, for example?

Caitlin C.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

Hi, Caitlin, and thanks for your questions! Koko FitClub is open for its Members from 4am-11pm, 7 days a week, however, we are not staffed the entire time. Our normal staffed hours are M-F, 9am-1pm/3pm-7pm and 9am-1pm on Sat. We are not staffed on Sundays. Think of Koko as self-serve personal training. After 2-3 visits you can pretty much workout without assistance from our staff. The Groupon just has to be activated within 6 months. Once activated you'll have 30 days which is normally plenty of time to complete 12 sessions. We only prescribe 3 strength sessions and 3-4 cardio sessions per week. You may be interested in our New Year's Special (already running) which is $49 for your first two months. With no joining fee, you save a total of $238! A great way to get started toward your fitness goals! You're going to love working out at Koko. In fact, we guarantee your success. Just give us 12 sessions in your first 30 days and if you're not satisfied you can cancel without penalty! No contracts - no scheduling - no "gym scene". Just fun and results you'll love to see and feel! Thanks, again! -Gary Owner & KokoNut!
