The cooks at Koma specialize in sushi and showy hibachi grilling. But the staff's culinary skills aren't the restaurant's only eye-catching fixture. Inside the dining room, soft lighting from chandeliers and glowing red lanterns overhead illuminate a buddha statue behind the bar. Diners can admire the ambiance while enjoying sashimi, nigiri sushi, and plenty of specialty sushi rolls, including the West Hartford stuffed with shrimp and salmon and topped with fish roe. Other options include pick-two teriyaki entrée combos, where guests can mix and match lobster tail, filet mignon, shrimp, scallops, salmon, and chicken.
