What if I don't see any manta rays during my tour?
Kona Mantas offers a 'Manta Guarantee'! If you don't see a manta during your tour, you can join another tour the same night or reschedule for free, based on availability. If rescheduling isn't possible, you may receive credit for a future visit. Please note, refunds are not issued for missed sightings, but we ensure you get the experience you came for!
What equipment is included with the tour?
Snorkeling gear is available to rent at an extra cost and is encouraged so you will have the best experience in seeing the mantas underwater.
Are there any age or swimming requirements?
Guests must be 4 years or older to participate, and all participants must be experienced swimmers to ensure their safety and enjoyment. Parent swapping options are available; please call for more information
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel 48 hours or more before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless your seats are refilled. No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable but we will try our best to reschedule you based on availability. If we cancel due to unsafe ocean conditions, you will always have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
