The instructors and staff are very fun, kind, and supportive, and the classes are no joke. I went with my younger brother and we considered ourselves to be in pretty good shape before our first class, but it was a struggle to barely keep up with everyone. The coolest part is that we got to learn a few moves right away, and the instructors are attentive to everyone. They're great at making sure that newbies are doing everything correctly. It was almost like having a group personal trainer, and it encouraged me to push myself to my limits more than I ever would by myself. As a bonus, I'm learning valuable self-defense techniques, which is already boosting my self confidence. I look forward to my next class.
Class was short, a little unorganized, but the kids had fun. The 13 year old instructors had a bit of an attitude. During classes the rooms avg temp was 80 deg with only two small pews for parents to sit only accommodating about 1/2 of us.
