Krav Maga San Francisco
Since its opening in 1999, Krav Maga San Francisco has invited guests to sweat through workouts that help to build their endurance, muscles, and flexibility, in more than 70 classes held in a 12,000-square-foot, two-story facility. The full-body workout is designed to help students of all ages and fitness capabilities to learn self-defense moves while having fun and building confidence.
Twenty certified and skilled instructors aim to create a non-judgmental atmosphere, geared toward providing support for members in their journey of self-improvement. Instructors are trained in self-defense, conditioning, TRX, yoga, ground fighting, heavy bags, and CrossFit. The gym's specialty, Krav Maga is taught in multiple levels, instructing on self-defense and fighting techniques including stance, punches, headlocks, and how to make your attacker truly believe their shoelace is untied. An impressive schedule of yoga, cross fit, TRX training, and conditioning rounds out the fitness-focused offerings.
