Today's Groupon tears open the meaty gates of hamburger heaven with $10 for $25 worth of Krazy Karry's juicy, tender burgers and all-American fare. The Boston Globe says Krazy Karry's has the best hamburgers in Boston. Patties are paragons of marbling, texture, and firmness, since they're made from hand-pressed Angus beef charbroiled to sear and seal the meaty surface.
Krazy Karry's signature sandwich, The Wild and Krazy Burger, is a 3/4 pound of fresh Angus beef with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and American and cheddar cheese, topped with special sauce. The menu has more than 10 types of burgers bursting with fresh furnishings such as feta cheese and Greek olives, steak chili and red onion, homemade jalapeño dressing, and chipotle sauce and green chilies. Krazy Karry's also serves chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, fish, steak tips, salads, wraps, hot dogs, tasty fries, and fatherly affection. The restaurant has simple decor and comfortable booths, but you don't have to devour your mouthwatering hunk of beef there—this Groupon is good for takeout too.
The Boston Globe says Krazy Karry's has the best hamburgers in Boston:
- Hamburgers are almost as American as apple pie and a lot easier to make. A month long search for perfect patties turned up some excellent examples -- and we're not talking fast-food burger joints -- right in this area. The best, sandwiched in fresh rolls and slathered with toppings, are at Krazy Karry's. – Denise Dubé, The Boston Globe
Krazy Karry is Not Actually Krazy
Krazy Karry’s delicious food and rave reviews have angered fellow burger-slinger Insane Ian. What frustrates Ian is not Krazy Karry’s success, but the fact that Krazy Karry is not actually krazy. To highlight this key difference, he released this 30-second radio spot:
- Do not worry, children. 28 seconds of radio silence
After this ploy failed, Ian recorded this second radio ad:
- A list of popular dog names: Miranda, Miranda, Miranda, Miranda, Miranda, Miranda, Miranda. I could go on. Zach, Zach, Zach, Zach, Zach. I know you.
