What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Individuality. From the moment you walk in the door and choose your own music, the session is all about you. Michael believes every body and personality is unique, and by taking a holistic approach to health, he helps his clients achieve lasting results.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Michael incorporates a wide variety of exercise modalities into his sessions—including yoga, Pilates, TRX, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, and calisthenics—which keeps workouts fresh and challenging.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
From running track to rowing crew, this outdoor athlete’s momentum came to a halt as a result of a broken leg. Surgery and a long year of physical therapy awakened in Michael a desire to help people live full and healthy lives—and so a career in personal training was born.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. I love helping people achieve their goals; but mostly I love helping people realize their body can do things they never thought possible.
