Choose Between Two Options

Trainers challenge small groups of up to eight women through functional-motion regimens conducted in intense intervals interspersed with body-weight-resistance exercise. The one-hour classes meet Monday–Thursday at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10 a.m., 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7 p.m., and Friday–Saturday at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 10 a.m. See here for a class schedule.

K-Strength Sports Training

Some people call Kevin Ensenat a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Others call him a level 2 A.R.T. provider. But perhaps the most important title is simply "coach." In that capacity, he privately coached New York Giants players Kevin Boothe and Chris Snee to prep for their Super Bowl championship. He guided college athletes through injury recovery, healing ACL tears and opening the door for continuing athletic careers. He did it all through personal training and group classes at his own indoor exercise studio, K-Strength Sports Training.

Joined by ACE-certified personal trainer Dan Hennessey, Kevin runs three distinct boot camps, two geared toward maximizing athletic prowess with progressive strength and agility training, and one designed to help women lose weight. The team of two also conducts one-on-one lessons and personal-training sessions for dedicated players seeking to target specific aspects of their game, such as tackling for defensive backs or lifting football players one by one off a dogpile for referees.
