Hello - I am interested in the Skinny Girl Boot Camp but have not exercised for sometime and I am not in anyway athletic. Is the intensity or level of the program too much for a beginner?

Hi Janice, Our classes are intense. However, we have different exercise progressions and regressions to accommodate all fitness levels. You are able to pace yourself and take extra breaks as needed until your fitness level improves.
