Going to a boot camp can make you feel like a hardened warrior or just someone who gets pleasure out of the sound of yelling. Feel stronger with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $33 for 10 Skinny Girl or Primal Male boot-camp classes ($200 value)
- $50 for 20 Skinny Girl or Primal Male boot-camp classes ($400 value)
Trainers challenge small groups of men and women through functional-motion regimens conducted in intense intervals interspersed with body-weight resistance exercises. The Primal Male Boot Camp is conducted in a small group, all-male atmosphere. The class forgoes card machines in favor of pushing, pulling, dragging, and slamming real life objects to achieve fitness goals. Alternately, the all-female Skinny Girl classes utilize kettle bells, sand bags, free weights, and medicine balls for physique transformation. The one-hour classes convene six days a week; see the full class schedule.
K-Strength Sports Training
Some people call Kevin Ensenat a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Others call him a level 2 A.R.T. provider. But perhaps the most important title is simply "coach." In that capacity, he privately coached New York Giants players Kevin Boothe and Chris Snee to prep for their Super Bowl championship. He guided college athletes through injury recovery, healing ACL tears and opening the door for continuing athletic careers. He did it all through personal training and group classes at his own indoor exercise studio, K-Strength Sports Training.
Joined by ACE-certified personal trainer Dan Hennessey, Kevin runs three distinct boot camps, two geared toward maximizing athletic prowess with progressive strength and agility training, and one designed to help women lose weight. The team of two also conducts one-on-one lessons and personal-training sessions for dedicated players seeking to target specific aspects of their game, such as tackling for defensive backs or lifting football players one by one off a dogpile for referees.
