I had an excellent experience at Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Repair! Fred completed my state inspection/emissions, and Jose greeted me as soon as I arrived. Even though I showed up with only about 30 minutes before closing, they never rushed me and were incredibly kind, professional, and patient.
The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. I was in and out in no time, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. This was my first time coming here, and I actually drove 30 minutes to get there, it was absolutely worth the drive.
I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service, professionalism, and a welcoming environment. Thank you, Fred and Jose, for such a great experience!
