I went in on a Monday and the young man who greeted me warned me that they were shorthanded and it would take longer than normal. I went ahead and waited and it was well worth it. The car I took in was my wife's 14 year old Infiniti and the crew at Kwik Kar made it look new. It was definitely worth the wait. Everyone was polite and made me feel very comfortable while I waited.
