About L.A.B. Sports
L.A.B. Sports, was founded to help local youths realize the benefits of team sports such as the character-building nature of working with a team to achieve a common goal and the ability of sports scholarships to change lives. The organization trains athletes aged 4–18 in football, basketball, and soccer. Through a combination of camps, league play, and personal training, instructors—armed with collegiate or professional sporting experience rather than just the ability to note what letters are not in _team_—hone their charges’ hand-eye coordination, strength, and agility. Training also sharpens life skills including discipline, teamwork, and perseverance to prepare youngsters for future challenges outside the sporting world.
