La Bistecca Italian Grille

Owner Jerry Costanza and his culinary crew create Northern Italy–styled dishes, including seasonal recipes. Their extensive wine list features vinos from Italy's major wine regions, along with organic and vintage-tiered selections from everywhere from Australia to Michigan. The staff pours these to complement the eatery's signature USDA–certified Piedmontese beef dishes, the lean, juicy, tender meat of which comes from cattle that originated in the foothills of the Italian Alps—also where Ducatis graze until they become Ferraris. Along with beef dishes, the chefs dish up sautéed shrimp, grilled sea bass, and italian truffle mac 'n' cheese.

Customer Reviews

The experience at La Bisteca was highly satisfactory. My guest, who hadn't been there before...and is exacting in her standards!...was impressed and planning to return soon. A sophisticated and skilled restaurant, perfect for a special occasion or an important business opportunity. Service is professional, wine choices interesting, and food quality and preparation are high. Let it be noted that those wanting to avoid calories by sacrificing of butter, cream, and other stuff that makes food taste good, need to choose wisely from the extensive menu. My Piedmontese beef tenderloin tips with accompanying risotto-style orzo had more than a bit of butter...and was outstanding!
